We understand that occasionally, you may need to return an item, especially when you've purchased products through our online services. Please take a moment to read and understand our return process.
1. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Our products, being custom-made on demand, can only be returned in the following cases:
a.) If there is a defect in the product.
b.) If you received the wrong item.
Requests for returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Process:
To request a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at shop@islamremembered.com within the 30-day return window. Ensure you provide your order number and specific details about the item you wish to return.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the case of receiving a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will arrange for a prepaid return label, and your return will be processed at no additional cost.
4. Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, ranging from 7-10 business days.
5. Shipping / Return-shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. Return-shipping costs are to be covered by the Customer, except when the return is due to defects or receiving the wrong item, in which case we will cover the Return-shipping Costs.
6. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return as per the process mentioned above, and then place a new order for the item you desire.
7. International Returns:
International Customers outside of the USA are responsible for Return-shipping Costs, Customs Fees, and any applicable Taxes. Please contact our Customer Support Team at shop@islamremembered.com for assistance with international returns.
8. Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the production process has commenced.
